Hi. Once you have booked the resort room with the limited options to request, do you fax nearer the time to ask for specific blocks, floors, views, quiet room etc? I know nothing is guaranteed, but does asking help?
We're booking a standard room at POFQ, but noticed on one website that they overlook the parking lots! Would like to look over the resort, or could upgrade to water view, but don't want a pool view! Mmmm - fussy! I just don't want to be disappointed, and we will be there 7 nights! :confused3

We had a standard view at POFQ and it was a lovely view of their internal walkways and gardens with a fountain just around the corner! No parking lot in sight!!

Lately they have not been accepting faxed room requests. Your best bet, which has always worked for me is; to make your request directly with CRO, TA, etc. and have it noted on your reservation. I always make my requests at the time I make ressie and have never been disappointed.
If you didn't make request at time of booking, call now and do it and it will be put in the system on your ressie.

Thanks - think I will phone then. Very excited now, not stayed onsite before, so looking forward to making a few ADR's too.
