Room Requests

We have never really felt the need to do a room request before but for this trip we will be needing a room at AKL with bunk beds. I know we are not guaranteed to have our request met but how do I go about requesting this. We have a savannah view room. We are arriving late at night and therefore think that making the request before hand is important. Any advice would be fantastic! Thank you!

we just returned from the cr and had a wonderful time but i must say when we checked in not one of our requests were granted we asked for a king bed smoking mk view we got queen non smoking bay side.but the good news is we had the choice to switch rooms the next day if we wanted we chose to stay where we were but i was guarenteed all my requests the next day so my point is if you dont get what you want at check in ask if they possibly could grant your request for the rest of your trip. hope this helps
