Room Requests

I have a friend arriving in 2 weeks with some medical issues. I thought I remembered seeing somewhere on here a generic letter on what they should send to their resort to try and get a room closer to the front of their resort. Can anyone help me out with this?

POR and POFQ are the only 2 WDW resorts that still read and act upon faxed room requests. So if you are staying at either of those 2, check out post #1 of this thread for the fax template.

If you are not staying at POR or POFQ, you will need to call the main reservation line and have any room requests added to your reservation. And make sure they notate that they are for medical reasons.
