Room Requests?

I now know from reading the boards I should fax my room request 5 days before I leave. My question is who do I fax it to? My hotel is ASMu but should I make it attention to someone? Thanks for the help 12 day and counting.

Send it to the attention of the Room Controller @ All Star Music. The fax number is: 407-939-7222.

I faxed my request 5 days before we left and they fulfilled all of them! I was very pleased.

Since Disney won't guarantee any particular building or room location when you book your ressies, many people call or fax their requests in a few days before they arrive since this is when they assign rooms. For example, I requested one the Calypso buildings at ASMusic since they are close to the main pool and food court. I also wanted a non-smoking room and prefered a ground floor room on the opposite side of the pool (to reduce noise). Like I mentioned earlier, they fulfilled all of my requests.
