room requests at HIFS

Can you request a particular them at HIFS for the kidsuites?

We requested an "Endangered Species" room a couple of years ago because my son was a Bald Eagle fanatic at the time and we had walked by those rooms during our previous stay. The person at the front desk looked at me like I had two heads, so I thought maybe the room had a different name and I had just remembered wrong, so I explained that we would like the room with the huge picture of the bald eagle on the wall and again, she just sort of gave me a blank stare and said she wasn't sure she could do that. It wasn't that important and I just wanted to get into my room, so I didn't pursue it, but it almost seemed as though she did not have the "theme" listed so that she couldn't tell what kind of room she was giving me. Who knows...but the funny thing is we ended up with a "circus" theme with clowns painted on the wall and although nobody else in my family seemed to care...the clowns just gave me the creeps. THe other themes we had were the "Disney" themed room and the "Space" themed room. Space was my favorite with a huge picture of the shuttle taking off.
