Room requests at CBR

Hi - do I call the resort itself for a room request or do I call the central reservations number? I remember years ago we were able to fax our requests - is that still available? Many thanks!

I don't think they really look at fax's anymore. And if you call the resort, they'll just switch you to the regular reservation line.

Just call the main Disney number and have them add the room request to your reservation. I did that last time and even though I didn't get the exact room I wanted, we got one in the same area and actually loved it.

We are staying at CBR in Pirate Room/Waterfront. Do you have any suggestions on which room/building would be best?
