room request

Hi,
I am just doing online check-in for OKW but I can't find anywhere to put a room request. There is just an option to make 2 requests which aren't really where we want to be.
Do you think I should just ring and request the room when we arrive in Orlando tomorrow, and not worry about the online check-in? We are not arriving at OKW untill Sunday

I would ring yes, but the resort not the general line. Out of interest, what were the drop down choices offered for OKW?

From what I remember, it was various areas (I chose Turtle Pond), and then options regarding which floor you would prefer (upper floor, lower floor, top floor, ground floor etc). I'm sure there were other options.. but I can't for the life of me remember!

We picked upper floor and Turtle Pond area and got both

The standard choices are the areas, fairway view, canal view, upper floor, lower floor and 2 entries to bathroom

Yes, as Elise79 says. Also near transportation and near elevator. We wanted near hospitality, but that isn't an option xx

Near HH is a category you can only request when you book on points.

cash bookings cannot request that location at booking or at OLCI

Oh well that suite me as I would like near Turtle Pond (for the quiet pool). Not really bothered apart from that. Ground floor probably as no lifts in those buildings.

I did online check in and requested Millers Road and an upper floor. The I rang about 5 days before and requested buildings 16 - 18 stating that we didnt have a car and wanted to be fairly near to HH house with a nice view. We got a fab room in building 16 in the first block you come to with lovely views towards bridge and golf course. If ringing I wouldn't be too specific, but request a range of buildings. Good luck
