Room request

Hi all.


I'm heading to kidani village n December. Yay!

How do I request a room on the members web site? I don't see a way.

I have a savanna view dedicated 2 br. I would like to overlook a savanna that has giraffes, I would like to be on a lower floor, and I would like to be in a quiet area. I assume this last part means a long walk to be away from the lobby. If this is the case, I'd like to be on the side closer to jambo, since we will be going there or breakfast. How would I request all this?

I would pick out the ONE thing you want most and make that your request.

Go to "help & contact" on the member website, then "contact us".

It was my understanding that the villas are on the 5th floor. Maybe I'm wrong. Someone will correct my I'm sure. But you may not be able to get a low floor.

If anything request to be on the Kidani side that faces Jambo. You should see some giraffes there.

Kidani is all villas, every floor.

Thanks to all. I'm wondering if I should just do as jimia suggests and go with the flow, since I really do not know what is best for me, just what I have read here.
