Room request

We are staying at Kidani in a few weeks. I would like to request a room near the pool (I know there is no guarantee). Should I call MS or is that something I can request when I do online check-in right before the trip? I have never done on-line check-in before.

Also, is there a PhotoPass desk at Kidani? I have heard some resorts have a PhotoPass desk where you can exchange your voucher for the PhotoPass+ card. Thanks!

I think it's best to call in requests earlier

There is a photopass booth at right inside the lobby, I do not recall one at Kidani. (at least Jambo would be easier than when I was at BWV and the nearest photopass booth was at BC.)
