Room Request with MS till what day?

We have a Trip booked starting June 27

Is there time frame i can put in Room Request with MS?

You can put it in now. You can make a room request as early as the time when you make the reservation. Actual room assignments can begin before your arrival date -- some have mentioned a week before -- so you should not wait until the last minute.

When I have a request, I chat or email MS via the member website as soon as I know what my request is, hoping that if someone else requests the same thing, it will be a first come, first served situation. That probably goes back to the days when a BW view at BWV was just a request, so we’d make that request when we booked the villa!
