Room request question

We are traveling to Disney with another family and are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. We would love to have connecting rooms, and the other couple would also like to have a room with a bunkbed. Is it ok to ask for both of these things when we fax our request in? The upmost important thing to both of us is that we have connecting rooms.

Sure. Why wouldn't it be OK? Just make sure that they understand that your priorities are connecting (or do you mean adjacent, there's a difference) rooms and THEN the bunkbed request. No guarantees you'll get either, but it never hurts to ask. If you have separate reservations, make sure they note it on both.

I would call CRO/WDTC now and have the connecting rooms request added to your reservations. I would also fax the request to the room assigner 4 days prior to arrival making sure I noted the name, dates of stay, and confirmation number of the other families reservation as well as your desire for connecting rooms on that request as well.
