Room Request Question

If I called to put in my room request, should I still send a faxed request? Thanks!

Yes because when you call you are talking to someone at a call center but the fax will go directly to the resort to the person who does room assignments.

No, it's not necessary to fax. The person at the call center pulls up your reservation record while you're on the phone and types in your request right then. Once and done. That's the most efficient way to do it. You can still fax, and it will probably get to the right person, but they'll just pull up your record and go "oh....it's already here."
