Room request question - POFQ (search disabled)

Sorry for all these last minute questions . . . I was counting on using the search, so I don't have stuff bookmarked. The DIS has 407-934-5353 as the FAX for PO. Can I use that to reach the French Quarter room controller? Also, do I reference my name, arrival time and confirmation number (I have the one from DreamsUnlimited - not the login #).

We want a quiet room with a nice view, so I'm requesting in this order:
non-smoking
connecting rooms
garden view
bldg. 2
2nd floor
