Room request pop down menu, cant delete request?

Okay I have a goofy problem. I was doing early check in for our stay at Pop Century and wanted to make a room request (as I do NOT want to stay in 90s yet again as they put me there the last 2times and its such a lonnng walk loll)

In any event, the room request is a drop down menu and they only have 4 choices, none of which I want. I clicked on ground floor just to see if anything else could come up and nothing could.

But the problem now is that it wont let me delete/edit that room request! and none of the 4 are anything that I want.

What a silly problem and I dont know how to delete it. I know i can call, which i tried but on hold forever and im headed out and its just such a silly problem hahah

Call and ask for a specific section. That will override what you put online.
