Room request needed/recommended?

We are first timers, staying at Old Key West at the end of November. We are so excited!!
Our reservation is currently for Old Key West, 2 bedroom villa near Hospitality House. Touring Plans sent me an email asking if I wanted to put in a room request...I don't know if I should? What would you recommend?

Don't bother sending a fax to OKW since they usually just toss them. You'll either be in one of the villa 11-14 or 23-26. If you want to be real close to HH, choose 11-14. If you want to be across the bridge, choose 23-26. None of these buildings have an elevator. So if you have strollers or other stuff to carry up and down stairs, you'll want a ground floor villa. Make a simple request.
