Room request mess up

soooo I'm arriving at Disney on the 19th, when I did my online check-in, I totally messed up on my "request" I meant to pick one, but the other was a mistake and I didn't catch it until after I sent it. Is there anyway I could change it? It's no huge deal if I can't but I'd really like to change it to what I wanted in the first place. It's not letting me make changes.

Have you gone back to the online request page? I have seen that they have added a lot more request options, but more importantly added a request "Change" option. I have only seen screen shots of it. Else, you will need to call and have the CM add your new request to your reservation.

Yes, I did the same and the "change" option was listed but I wasn't able to select any changes online so I just called and they happily made the change.

That's just like the "Modify Rerservation" button for me when in MDE. Ever since it appeared I have never, never been able to get it to work. I try it every trip even if I don't want to make a change just to see, but nope!

Thank you for all the input, they have a "change" option, but like others said, it wouldn't work for me I suppose I'll call up there today and just change it the "old fashioned" way hahaha

Me either, I don't know why it's there if I get an error every time.

That happened to me too, and I kept checking back and all of a sudden this week I was,able to change it. I'll be there next week!

That is weird, when they added room requests the other day I was able to make changes to what I already selected. It saved and everything. Hmmm..

It works for some people but not others. Same thing with the Modify Reservation option, sometimes yes sometimes no. Very frustrating.

Yes, I was excited about this. I booked a king room but when they had the option for requests, king bed was in the options, so now I'm hoping I'll still get my king bed since I didn't pick it in my preferences hahaha hopefully that's just a default drop down box and everyone sees that even if you've paid for a king room.
