room request help for All Star Sports?

We've stayed at Homerun (standard) and Surf's Up (preferred). Homerun was very quiet, even though we had a room facing the pool. It wasn't too far to walk to the food court. It was a straight shot down the Touchdown section and we did not encounter the massive crowds as posted by one of the PP's. Although yes, the area is very popular with kids running around, playing Frisbee, tossing balls around etc.

Surf's Up was very close to the food court and very convenient to use our refillable mugs. We had a room facing the garden, so it was quiet as well.

We were happy with both rooms but have booked Surf's Up for our fall vacation mainly because of its proximity to the food court.

Oh no, now I'm scared lol. I just booked Sports for mid May. Is that typical for this time of year?

You should be fine.

There are no Cheer/Dance competitions in mid-May.

Cheer/Dance "season" is January through The Summit in early May(first weekend),(except for Pop Warner Cheerleading in early December)

The pictures are from Cheerleading and Dance Worlds,one of the largest,if not the largest competition in the World.

It's held in LATE APRIL each year.
