Room request for Pirate room @ Caribbean Beach??????

Hi all ...

A quick question ... we had to book very last minute and only a Pirate Room at CBR was available. We've never stayed there ... does anyone have any advice regarding room location??? By that I mean, upper floor, corner, particular building??? I know it's just a request and there are no guarantees, just looking for some insight. Thanks!

Unfortunately the CBR Pirate Rooms are in Trinidad South the FURTHEST set of buildings from pretty much anything (many Disney fans tend to think they were turned in to Pirate rooms solely to attract people to this far away section as they weren't renting well). They also cost more and were not remodeled with the rest of the resort rooms. That holy trifecta makes them pretty unappealing unless you have a pirate crazed kid. I would recommend just watching the website closer to your stay and trying to grab another room type when someone cancels.

If you DO stick with that room put a request in for building 34 to get you closer to the action.

We stayed in building 34 and loved it. It was one of our best stays at CBR. Things are definitely changed with the new quick serve in Trinidad South. We found the walk wasn't bad and preferred the location over our stays in Jamaica.

We enjoyed our stay in the Pirate Rooms and did not feel the walk was that bad to the main pool. I would requested close to transportation again as the walk to your room after a park day can feel very long even when it isn’t in reality.
