Room Request FAX?

Please forgive me I know this has been asked before. . . How do you guys word the fax letter requesting a certain room or area at a resort? We will be staying ASMo and would love to stay at Buzz or Woody. ( I requested this w/CRO when reservation was made, but confirmation DID NOT have any indication on it.) Is it necessary to call again or just wait until closer to trip and just fax them? Thanks for you help.
