Room request change?

I haven't been to wdw in a year and i just made a reservation for may. Im looking to add room requests and the only ones i see available are specific buildings, highest floor, and landscape view. I usually request close to transportation, ground floor, etc. Have they changed the preferences you are allowed to choose? Im staying at all star music. thanks.

You can always call (or have your TA call) your requests in and leave the room request options blank with online check-in if the prepopulated ones don't meet your requirements. Note that if you have more than one request, it's best to put them in priority order.

The room request page is often misunderstood. What you see on that page isn't related to your reservation, and may not even be related to your resort. And it's definitely not a list of choices that you're restricted to. It's just random things that the developers thought guests might like to request.

You can request whatever you'd like, just call the reservation line at 1 (407) 939-1936.
