Room request at AS Sport

I recently booked a room at the AS Sport for 10-4 thru 10-9 for my wife, son who is 2.5 and myself. I did not book it directly through Disney since I wanted to use AMEX points. I was wondering the best way to request a specific room, such as a king bed, close to the bus, quiet, newly renovated, ect... but when I called the hotel directly I was transfered to reservations. What is the best way to request a room? Is there a email address or a fax number I can send to or should I just keep calling until they write down my request. I also would like feed back on which is the best building to stay at in terms of quiet and close tot the food court and buses.

My son is so excited to see Mickey Mouse and to ride the "school bus" every where.

Did you try making the room requests through the same company you used to make the reservation?

You can try faxing your requests directly to the resort, but many people say it's hit or miss whether they read the faxes or not.

The best way to do this is to get the requests on your actual reservation.

As for best locations to stay at ASSports, I don't have any suggestions because I've never stayed there.
