I've never really made any room requests and am happy with what we are given however on our trip next month we are celebrating a lot of birthdays (going with family) and our 5th wedding anniversary so we would really like an amazing view (sunset savanna, low floor). How is best to request it?

Call or email member services and have it added to your room reservation. Since you are overseas, email would most likely work best for you.

Keep it simple and be specific. I'd say preferably one and no more than 2 total requests, also prioritize them if more than one. Assuming you have NO other requests such as near elevator, near lobby or multiple close together, I'd say #1 Sunset Savannah and #2 low floor. Be clear that #1 is more important assuming it is.

I would also say that near the lobby is a pretty useless request for Kidani as just about everyone requests it. So you have the same probability as if there were no requests
