room request...advice on how to check on

We are finally going home in less than 1 month! We are staying at BWV...should I call now and check on location? We have "preferred" location, but since this is our 1st visit I want to make sure I do everything I can to make a GREAT visit. (of course, this board has already helped tremendously on that...I have an Illuminations cruise reservation already too!)
