Room rate discou t for DVC

I have searched for this but can't find an answer, where do I find the reduced room rate for paying cash for DVC? TIA

When available, the discount is 25% off the rack rate. During times when the resorts are typically filled using points there may not be availability, but it never hurts to ask about the discount. Weekend nights are the most common with availability.
