What DVC rooms stand above the others? For example, I think that OKW Studios have 2 queen beds instead of 1 bed and a pullout like other studios. Are there any other DVC resorts where the rooms have that little extra bonus over the others?

It depends on your situation. For a solo or couple, they might rather have the queen bed and the sofa for more room rather than 2 queens. OKW does have larger rooms, they have a full size laundry in 1 bedrooms & larger.

The 1 bedroom & larger at AKV Kidani, BLT & VGC have an extra bathroom.

not the rooms - but like my restuarants where I don't need to get wet to get food.

OKW, SSR and BWV - you will get wet (when it rains) to find a restuarant.
