Room or Package discounts??

We have always spent our vacation at Disney only This year we are thinking of splitting our stay and visiting Universal also. Does Universal offer discounts like Disney does?

Universal has some great discounts. There is the stay more save more, which will just come up online when you put in your dates if available. There is the annual pass rate which you have to enter the code APH (annual passes are $229 and renew rate is $149). There is also a AAA rate which you can get by calling the reservation line at either Loews or AAA or you can check AAA online.

I was also wondering, is it cheaper always thru a travel agent?? Or can you do the same thing yourself??

I don't think many people use a travel agent for Universal bookings. There are very simple to do oneself.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I was wondering if I will be able to do any better than rack rate for one night, 6/5/11. I'm wanting to get a club level room at HRH. We do not have annual passes or AA.

You can check AAA. There aren't many good discount for just one night.
