Room Only Resv, FL Tickets... Fastpass+ confusion...

I am a FL resident and want to make a room only discounted reservation. 3 people in the room are Florida residents and the 4th is not. Can I buy 3 FL Discover Disney tickets and 1 MYW ticket and link the voucher #'s to the magic bands from the room only to make Fastpass+ selections. Then take the bands and the vouchers to the ticket window and keep those Fastpass+ selections on our first park day?

To your second question... Yes and no. When we did this the ticket went to a card my dad (the fl resident) used to enter the park each day, but the previously selected fastpasses stayed on his magic band. Most important for us was that the fastpass selections remained, so the oddity of having a card for the ticket and band for fastpass was very minor.

Why wouldn't everyone in the room get a MagicBand with the tickets and FP+ connected to the MB?

Yes all 4 people are on the hotel reservation and will have magic bands. I just wanted to make sure that the Fastpass+ selections will carry over from the voucher (not a physical ticket) to the magic band.
