Room only Ressies? Please Help

We did start off with a Basic Plan Package but chaged it to just a room reservation only, because we already have tickets, weren't doing a dining plan and we upgraded from PoP to CSR cus of the whole "code"thing that got us a cheaper rate at CSR than PoP's perfered room. With all of that said should I be on the look out for documents from Disney with a room only ressie? We do have arrangements for DME but I haven't seen received anything in regards to that either? I know if I receive anything I'll get something closer to our arrival date(9/12)but I'm starting to get concerned since everyone is talking about getting and not getting these all important documents.

Sorry if this question seems odd but with 23 WDW visits this will be our first staying on-site so I kinda feel like a newbie when it comes to certain things.

You should get the DME information usually about 4 weeks away from your trip.. give or takea few days..

If you don't have that by August 15th, I'd call and ask again.

As for a room only reservation, an email confirmation is about the best you can hope for on that one. Did you get an email confirmation? If not, you can call back and add your email addy to your reservation and then request an email confirmation.
