If you have a code that's not a general public offer that you click through a box on the website (like a box for Free Dining you would see on the first page of the Disney website), you have to call.
Not that I know of. What offer is that that is posted on Mousesavers (or I should ask where on MS did you see it)? I searched the discount page for KT8 and also looked on the room-only codes section and I don't see that.
That is not Mousesavers. That is The Mouse for Less - they are a travel agency (Mousesavers is not). Although I do know of The Mouse for Less, I have never used them to book a trip. I think you are going to have to call them and ask - I never have seen a place to put in a code online - that I recall - it's possible that that is some TA code reference. At the bottom of each section of their page, they have a "request a quote" button - I would use that. Their information is generally geared towards getting you to book through them, not directly with Disney.
edited: I lied - I did use TMFL for a cruise I went on with a group - some in the group were TMFL TAs. I forgot. Full disclosure and all that.
If you have stayed at WDW before you can call them directly to see if there is a pin code attached to your name or phone number. For some reason all our discounts are under my hubbys name. It never hurts to check.
