Room only and paying balance

Can I pay my room only balance before check in? If so, I assume that I need to call to do this?

The reason for paying before check in is that I am Canadian and want to take advantage of the exchange rate before it gets out of control.

Yes, you can pay your balance ahead of time. I've always called in when I made RO payments/paid in full, so I'm not sure if it's possible to do that online. If you do call, it should be automated, so you wouldn't have to wait to talk to a CM .

Call in...The online payment button used to be on MDE, but it keeps disappearing or not working.

I called in and got it handled, eezy peezy.

My remaining question is how long does it take to get the balance revised in MDE and/or confirmation email of payment?

Reason I ask. I have RO reservation and bought tickets separately (Canadian 25% discount).

Now when I attempt to see my FP+ window, it only projects 30 days when it should be 60 days.....my 60 day window opens up in 7 days and I certainly need to get this cleared up soon.

Thoughts ??

In my MDE account the tickets DO appear on my screen

Now that I've paid off my room only balance in full, will I receive a confirmation email or will it be reflected in my MDE account? I received an email when the CM applied the $75/night room discount for CBR, but so far I haven't received any confirmation of my final payment.
