room offer question

I booked a room beginning on April 14 thru the 21st. When I booked it the current promo only went through the 17th. Now the new one goes through the rest of our time. I believe we got 30% before and the new one is the same. My question is will they automatically give it to us for the rest of our trip or do I have to do anything. TIA

You may need to call. Do you have a split stay booked, with 4/14-4/17 and then 4/18-4/21? If so, I would not expect the new offer to be automatically applied to the 2nd half without calling. Be aware that you may need to change room categories and/or resorts to get the new offer if it is not available for your current resort/category.

If you don't have a split stay, it could be they allowed the promo rate for your full stay with the initial offer. Your confirmation should indicate.

We don't have a split stay and you are correct. After I posted this I went in and compared what we were charged to what it would be right now and it was that the same. Thanks

From my experience, this is going to be two promotions ("Early 2021" and "Spring"). Since there are two different codes that would have to be put in, a CM may have to make your current reservation into two separate reservations in order to use both promotions
