Room Occupancy

Interested in a studio or one bedroom villa at any DVC resort. My kids are 9, 8 and 5. Wondering about occupancy restricions. Can my family rent points for this one bedroom and be ok with DVC. Thanks.

Just so you know, you have hit a hot button issue here. This thread will most likely be moved into the Max Occupancy thread

Studio occupancy limits are 4 people, plus child under 3
1BR limits depend on which resort. AKV Kidani & BLT have 1BR's that will accomdate 5 plus child under 3, the rest only accomodate 4 plus child under 3.

You mentioned 3 children over the age of 3, but not how many people would be travelling. If you are a family of 5 you will need to stay in a 1BR at AKV Kidani or BLT or a 2BR villa at any of the other resorts.
