I am getting a weird error message when trying to modify a reservation. I booked a room at 7 month mark for 3 days and now (3 weeks later) I’m trying to modify it to only 2 of the days. The issue I am getting is when I try to modify to shorter stay for days I already have it shows as avaiable for date selection but when I try to proceed I get error that room is no longer available. I thought this was a fluke with system so tried again this evening but still getting same error. I figure a call to memeber services is in my future tomorrow but I wanted to ask if anyone ever had this issue before (in case it’s relevant it’s for grand Floridian studio booked with okw direct points).
