You will love the S/D area. So many advantages - for less cost than a WDW EPCOT resort. S/D share amenities.
Swan nice for couples - less kids, but futher walk to Grotto pool. The Swan does have a pool too. Actually there are 4 adult pool areas plus one kiddie area. The Swan has the basketball courts and the WDW bus picks up/drops off up at the Swan before the Dolphin.
Rooms ask for a view of the Boardwalk, EPCOT or STUDIO's. Most rooms have balconies. You will have queen beds and double sinks (I think) at the Swan.
Dolphin - we love it for our family. We ask for a view of the pool, upper floor, outside wing. We have been given a balcony everytime. Piscabu's - 24 hour open eatery is in the Dolphin. So is the laundry, game room and fitness center. You will have oversized double beds (no different than our queen at home) and one sink - but large bathroom area. Our pool view had a view of the Tower of Terror and Mt. Everest, and the pool.
