Can you find out before you arrive what your room location will be? We'll be there in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the help.

You can request a specific area or building, but they don't assign the actual rooms until you check in. If you need a certain location, for example close to a bus stop or the food court for medical reasons, be sure they know this as they will give your request priority, and honor your request if they possibly can.
