Room keys

I am taking my family for the first time since we have become members and I have a question regarding room keys/cards...

Do I need to put all the names of my party on the reservations to get the right number of room keys when we check in or can I tell them when I get there how many guests I have??

It will be 6 adults and my 2YO son and right now I have my wife and I as well as my sister and BIL on the reservations...

You should be able to tell them you will need additional room keys when you get to the front desk. You can always call MS now and add the additional people to the reservation if it makes you feel better. When you get to the front desk they will ask you then which keys you want to have charging privledges to as well. If I remember correctly only your name will be on all the cards anyway. I don't think each party in your reservation will have a card with their individual name on it, only the name of the person who holds the reservation...

When you check in, you tell them how many keys you want. All keys will have your name on them. Also, tell them how many keys you want to have charging privileges (be able to use as a credit card, charging to the card you use at checkin). Maybe just two (for you and your wife) or you may allow others to charge to your account -- that's your choice. Each card does have a different number on it, so at checkout you can tell who charged what (in case different people need to settle up with you!).
