Room gifts at Aulani

Hey everyone, just wondering if its possible to send anything to a room in Aulani? My son and his wife are getting there tomorrow for their honeymoon and to be honest Disney is no help.

I've seen videos where people have, so I'm guessing it's possible but I don't know how. Maybe call the resort.
