Room for Hearing Impaired at AK Kidani

We currently have a reservation for a 2 bedroom savanna view room at Kidani. I want to call and request a room that is accessible for the hearing impaired. does anyone know about these rooms, where they are located - are they close to the lobby?

I don't know if it's a request or a category, my guess is that under the law changes a few years ago, it's a category. Not saying that it can't be done, give MS a call. In the future there is a pull down on the reservation web page to access the HC room inventory.

That is a booking category, not a request so it will need to be available to book when you call. You can also search online and check the search for accessible rooms box and it will show you the options and what the availability is. I do not know the locations though.
