Room for extra night?

I will call CRO but wanted to know if anyone had experience with this. We have two rooms booked for 5 nights, Polynesian LVC, in July. Would like to add an extra night for ONE room at the end. Can we do this without having to make a separate reservation (hence possibility of chaning rooms)?
