Hi all.
I have to drastically cut down my cholesterol and fat levels as my recent blood tests have been too high. They are not in the serious high range but the higher part of the middle range.
I do know I have put on loads of weight this last year, hardly any of my clothes fit me and I am fairly depressed most of the time. My posts on the CB don't usually reflect this.
I also have high blood pressure that my doctor is monitoring. In a months time I have to go for a test to see if I have got diabetes.
All in all not too good so I thought I need some support from the WISH board as I struggle through this.
My doctor gave me a list showing me the foods that are good, bad and darn right ugly! So I started the diet yesterday and need to measure myself, buy a pair of scales, and start some kind of exercise, at the moment I don't do any.
Anyway, that's a bit about why I need to loose weight. I think I'll go and find some of your pretty clipart now.

You will be amazed at how much better you will feel with exercising - if I don't exercise now I feel"SICK" - what a difference from 4 1/2 months ago! You will see that after a couple of weeks you will feel SOOO much better! You will begin to look forward to working out.
