Hi, we are based in the Uk and are looking to stay at RPR for 4 nights at the back end of May 2009. Do you think it is worth getting a AP and what room discount might we realistically expect?

You can check the annual passholder rate online by going to Universal's booking website and inserting your dates and the code 'APH' into the promotion code. If the rate is available, it will show. I'd also suggest checking without a promotional code to compare the rates. You can check this rate prior to purchasing an annual pass to determine if you'll want one or not.

During that time, Universal is running a hotel deal called Supersavers. I was actually able to get my best rate with the supersaver in the middle of May. The supersaver rate, if available, is dependent upon length of stay with a minimum of the 3 nights booked.
