Just use the fax number in your member guide book, and mark it attention "room controller"

Generally, you don't need to fax the room controller - when you make your reservation, you should note any requests that you have.

They try to fill requests based on when the reservation was made, and within that ordering, smoking preferences and medical reasons take priority, with all other requests coming after that.
