In the MDE app, there is a list of your room charges within your room reservation information page. However, once you're checked out, that link disappears.

Does anyone know of a place to find your room charges list after you've checked out?

I was verifying my charges and fortunately I had checked them all up through the second-to-last day, so it's just a few charges that I didn't check, but it seems odd that there is no obvious access to this list following check-out.

I've always gotten an email after checking out that had a detailed list of all charges.

Interesting. I had a split stay and did not get one from either resort. (Pop or Riverside)

I did get a little video from Disney with the Dapper Dans, so I've got that going for me.

Same here, always gotten my folio emailed to me on check out day. Time stamp is normally about 3:00 AM.
Have you checked your junk mail?
At any rate, call, they'll send you one. And go in to MDE. You may have checked something to indicate you don't want to have email communications.

The emails have been hit or miss for us the past year or so, sometimes we get it, sometimes not. I have had good luck emailing the guest communications email address asking for an email of my folio charges as well as calling.

Well, when I looked at my receipts and the charges on my credit card, they balanced out to a $0 difference, so I'm good in this case.

Thank you for the number and email in case I need it in the future. Also, I see someone else posted the exact same question, so clearly it's an issue lately!

I always go to the front desk and ask for a print out of the charges before we leave - plus we pay on our charges as we go so they will give you a print out that way too - when we were there over Thanksgiving, we didn't get an email of the charges - so I was glad to have the paper version

I got nothing, no email or printed charges page.

After I was home a few weeks, I saw a charge for $38+ on my CC from Yacht Club. I called and they said it was for 3rd adult in the room. I said ok and hung up, then went back to my booking reservation, and sure enough, I had already PAID for that. I called back again. They reversed the charge, said it was a glitch? At check in, they did not say there was a balance, room was paid off prior to arrival. So clearly they added it from the front desk somehow, after we arrived.

I know it was only $38, but I noticed it because we never charge to the room, never charge on the magic bands.

Wonder why some always get the email and others never do? Is it account by account problem or resort by resort problem? Or some combo of both?
We always get the email. I can't think of a stay where we haven't gotten it. Most of our stays are at BWI but we did have 1 stay at Poly, got it from that one too.

I have no idea. I wonder if it's something in the check-in menu you have to opt in for? That would be really weird though.

I know they have my email; they sent me all sorts of stuff such as "make your Fastpasses" and also I got the mobile order receipts to my email every time.
