Room charge error

We recently were upgraded from POP to Ft Wilderness Cabins. When we checked into the cabin we were told there was a $60 credit on our account. We were there for 3 nights and I think the credit was the extra charge per adult in the room that we had paid at POP. Of course, we were getting a free upgrade and didn't expect a refund. :) We charged about $100 to our room to use up that credit, knowing the rest would go on the credit card on file. I just checked my Visa bill and the full $100 was charged to the card. So, we didn't actually get that $60 credit. This is not a big deal but I just wondered if I was supposed to go to the front desk on check out day. This was our first time in the cabins and honestly never thought about 'checking out'. If I decided to call about the credit, who would I call? And are you supposed to 'check out'?
 
Calling billing on Monday. I don't have their number offhand but if you call the main number just tell them you wanted to speak to billing about a charge on your past trip and they'll get you transferred.
 
The billing number is 407-828-5630. Most likely what happend was that when you got upgraded the charges didn't fall in the right place because of the resort change. The front desk agent probably made a mistake telling you that. Once you check in the folio probably fix itself or it appear in a report for the manager to fix it. You didn't need to go check out they usually email you your bill.
