Room block discount question

When you get the room block form they have the discounted price for the basic rooms. Does anyone know if higher level rooms also get that discount and if you're able to add those to your room block? Thanx!

Not sure what you mean by higher level rooms? Same hotels but concierge or suite or something?

Yes, like for example we were thinking of the contemporary but not the garden view room, but one in the contemporary tower.

My consultant told me that the rooms they initially price out for the room block are the standard rooms. If you want a higher level room, you can request that they get pricing for you. But I think the base price is only for the lowest level.
