Room Availability

Probably discussed before. I can find available rooms for Aug 22-24, 2018 on orbitz, hotwire, etc but the disney website shows no availability. Actual message is 'this special offer is not available for the dates selected'. But I haven't searched on a special offer and cannot find a way to clear the search and get regular room rates. Any techies on here know what is happening?

Disney is definitely having issues with their site. The other day we couldn't login. I would call but I am sure everyone else is calling too.

Websites lke Orbitz have a different inventory of rooms than the Disney Travel Company. Those rooms have been given to those websites as a block of rooms to sell to customers. That's why you will sometimes see availability on those websites while the Disney website will be sold out.

Call!! My dates were showing very few available rooms on the website and when I called, there was all kind of availability.

Click Room Only, and not special offer on the page coming up for each resort. Might work if that is your message showing.

I couldn't get out of the Special Offers no matter what I clicked. The website is seriously messed up and has been for a long time.

Ugh...the glitches there are frustrating. I just pulled up the dates and see Standard Rate and Special Offers for pretty much every property.

That's happened to me a zillion times, I don't know what made it work the last time....deleting the cookies/cache maybe?

Did you try using the "Sign Out" link on the top of the page and then trying a new search.
