room availability-help!

I am considering changing the resort I booked - when I check online availability, there are rooms at CR open, but when I called, the CM said "nothing available". Does the online system not agree sometimes, like a delay in info transmitting, or something?
 
Did you just talk to 1 Cm? I have called before about a ressie in the off season and was told no rooms at any of values?!?! I just called back and got someone else and made my ressie.
 
just adding to my own question - I called back and got a different CM (of course!) who said that the rooms booked online are in a different "pool". When I said I had seen available rooms online, she called Guest Services, and gave me one of their rooms I guess! :cool1:
