Room assigner - POly

Hi could anyone tell me please if there is an email address for the Room assigner at the POlynesian. We booked through a travel agent and not Disney direct, but we forgot to specify nonsmoking and a balcony. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help. ALso how long beforehand should I make my requests?

I would recommend that you have these request noted on your reservation. That is the best place for them. You might consider a fax to the resort, it may help.

we had requested Samoa, but the morning we got there it wasn't available. I asked the lady at the front desk what she had available and she went over several different room descriptions of what was available and we decided on Tokelau (spelling?). We had a standard room and in my opinion the best standard room available. I don't remember the room number but it was on the 2nd floor, towards the lagoon end and it was the 2nd to the last on the row. We had a complete view of the lagoon and saw the electric water parade at night from the balcony. It was a really nice room.
