Room assigned by elevators #6058, should I worry?

Well I just booked our first cruise for May 22, 2003. They assigned us to room 6058. I noticed on the deck plans this is right outside the elevator, should I worry? Is this good or bad?

We were right next to an elevator on Wonder and it was perfect!! Never heard anything! I think if you did a search on this from previous posts, you would find MOST people did not have a problem!

I was in cabin 6096 and it seemed like we were a million miles away from the elevator. I think you will enjoy the convenience - I know I would have

We were in room 6624 on the Magic in May. We have been on two other cruises and stayed on deck 2 away from the elevators and we found that deck 6 was much more convienent and the normal heavy trafic you would get in a Hotel just isn't there on the ship. We loved this location so much we rebooked for the same room next year. Enjoy!

I was on cabin 7058 ( right above 6058 ) and there was not a problem with noise, we never heard any elevators, we only heard people walking by at times but nothing too loud either. Perfect location!!

We were in 6067, which is by elevators too............never heard a thing!
