We're very close to making a reservation with DU for a Nov cruise and were wondering about this cabin. I noticed on the map that this is directly below the MIckey Pool and am worried that it's going to be a very loud room. Should I ask to be moved more forward in the ship, or is it better to be aft? We'll be traveling with young children who still need their afternoon naps, so quietness during the afternoon would be an absolute must!!!

jugalava had this to say about 8076 (2 rooms away)

No problem with noise at all. (Heard a few chairs being moved on deck 9 but certainly nothing to interfere with sleeping.) This was actually a great location! It was near the steps up to the Mickey pool and Topsiders so we could just run up whenever the mood struck.

We were also in 8076 on the Easter Wonder cruise.

It was a great location, very close to aft elevators (which always seemed less busy than any others onboard) and just beneath the drink station on Deck 9 (great for early morning coffee).

We had no problems with noise, and the cruise was full. We'd definitely choose that location again.
